International Online Store Shipping Policy

◆ Shipping Fees and Delivery
Shipping fees vary depending on your country or region. Please refer to the shipping fee table below for the applicable rates. As a general rule, orders are shipped from Japan via DHL.

※ We are unable to ship to areas not served by DHL or to countries or regions subject to shipping restrictions. The list of unavailable destinations may be added to or changed depending on international circumstances or customs conditions.
※ Actual shipping fees may be adjusted at checkout due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or other applicable charges.
※ Shipping fees are calculated in Japanese yen (JPY). If the amount is converted into your local currency at checkout, the final amount may vary slightly due to exchange-rate fluctuations.

・Shipping fees apply separately to each order and each delivery address. 
・Orders will generally be shipped within seven business days after order confirmation. However, this does not apply to out-of-stock items, pre-order items, or in any of the following circumstances:

・Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and other non-business days (please refer to the business calendar on the Online Store for details).
・When delivery operations or air transportation are affected by weather conditions, natural disasters, international conflicts, customs congestion, or similar circumstances.

Please note that, due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accommodate requests for a specific delivery date or time.

【Customs Duties and Local Taxes (including VAT)】

・International shipments under this service are made on a DAP (Delivered at Place; duties and taxes unpaid) basis.
・The product prices and shipping fees displayed on the website do not include customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed in the destination country or region.
・When the products arrive in the destination country or region, you, as the importer, are solely responsible for paying these charges at your own expense directly to the carrier (DHL) or the relevant customs authority.
・For details regarding applicable tax rates, customs clearance requirements, and related matters, please contact the customs authority in the destination country or region in advance.
・Although we make reasonable efforts to check prohibited or restricted items in each country or region, the final determination as to whether a shipment may clear customs is made by the local customs authority.
・We assume no liability for delays, confiscation, or other issues arising from customs clearance procedures.

【Extended Absence or Refusal to Accept Delivery】

・If you are unable to receive the products for reasons attributable to you, including an extended absence, an unknown or incorrect address, or refusal to pay local customs duties, VAT, or other charges (including refusal to accept delivery), and the carrier's holding period expires (approximately up to 10 days, including the date of delivery of the first missed-delivery notice), your order will be automatically treated as cancelled and the products will be returned to Japan.
・We do not re-ship products that have been returned to us. If you still wish to purchase the products, please place a new order through the website.
・Once we confirm that the products have been returned to us, we will process a refund of the order amount after deducting the round-trip international shipping costs and any actual fees and expenses incurred in connection with customs clearance. Please note that even if your order originally qualified for free shipping, you will be responsible for the full amount of the actual round-trip shipping costs and other expenses associated with the return.
